Event: Read for Good Book Club Challenge, from 1 January 2017 to 1 February 2017
Participants: Eva Mae O'Brien; Molly Ann O'Brien
Readathon inspires children to read for fun. By taking part in our sponsored read at home they will be helping us provide much-needed brand new books and storytellers for children in hospital.

Story

Eva and Molly love reading, but they wanted a new challenge. We came across an appeal for home educated children to raise money for Readathon, which helps to ensure that children in hospital have access to books and special storytellers. They watched a video showing Readathon's work and were really excited about taking part. They have decided to do the 'Round The Clock' challenge whereby they see how many minutes they can read throughout a month - their minutes will be added together. It would be lovely if you could sponsor them per hour for example (I will update on this page regularly); or maybe make a one off donation. Be warned- they do read an awful lot already!! Eva and Molly will start the challenge on 10th April 2017 and will finish on 10th May 2017.
