On 9/10th of June I will be taking part in London Nightrider. I'm attempting to cycle 100km around London during the night with the aim of raising money for Able Child Africa. ACA do amazing work with children and young people with disabilities in the poorest parts of Africa.  

I am not a cyclist - the last time I rode a bike I cycled into a tractor - so it will be quite a challenge for me! To any of you generous people that would like to sponsor me I promise to share any training anecdotes with you, although they probably won't involve tractors unless I'm very lost.
