Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have signed myself up to an almighty challenge. In January 2016 I will embarking on a 450km bike ride through Burma. I have decided to take up the challenge as not only will this be an amazing experience and personal achievement but I also aim to raise money for an extremely worthy cause in the process. I have a personal target of £3000 for 'Save the Children'

The charity responds in emergencies to save children's lives all over the world. In 2014 they responded to 97 emergencies in 54 different countries. Save the children also help provide better healthcare and education to children and raise funds to feed and campaign against the causes of global hunger.

£55 could buy emergency shelter for a family

£1,725 could cover the cost of a mobile clinic, including the structure and basic equipment such as furniture, IV stands, and thermometers

£2,999 could provide equipment to one Child Friendly Space where more than 25 children can have access to a safe place, play and keep their minds off the harsh reality they're facing.
