Hi - thanks for taking the time to visit.

On Sunday the 10th October some work mates and I thought it would be good fun to run 10k through thick mud and over a marine training course!  this is of course was in aid of charity - the Devon Air Ambulance - who do a wonderful job at saving the lifes of those that get into trouble in the most remotest parts....

Now i've done the hard part - down right muddy / wet / fun / hard part (pleased i trained abit!)  now its your turn to do the easy part....
