We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2013 we organised a great ormond street charity event at yarmouth stadium and managed to raise £10,000.00 (10% of the total money raised  is donated to retired greyhounds) for the charity. We had decided to organise the event when I spoke to a lovely couple who were in our syndicate called malcolm and janet eaves. They were such kind people and when they told me everything the charity had done for their daughter ,who they unfortunately lost at a very young age ,we decided to organise the event as they said they always tried to donate as much money as they can.

Sadly malcolm passed away this year and this is why we have decided to organise the event again in Malcolm's memory. Hopefully we can do him proud.

Throughout the year and leading up to the 12th may we will be trying to organise events etc to raise money for the great ormond street charity.

On the 12th may we are holding a charity evening at crayford greyhound stadium where there will be sponsored races, traps and much more set up to raise as much money as possible for this worthy charity.

If you would like to name my racings puppy we ask for a minimum £5 donation and on the comments add your name and the race name you would like . The owners will then pick their favourite names and we will let everyone know who's names have made it to the shortlist and then who's name wins!

Thankyou in advance for your donations!
