We are going to say no to Alcohol during January to help with our health and at the same time support Andy's man club who helped us both when we was at the lowest point of our lifes, they helped us realise that life was worth living and our family's needed us around. We are both now facilitator's at the Peterborough group trying to help others who have or are going through their own storm.
