Andy and I have both decided to give up alcohol for January and Karen Power has now joined to help with our health and at the same time try to raise some money for Andy a Man Club, a great Charity that helped both when we were both going through a dark place. We are now both Facilitator's at the Peterborough group trying to help others who are going through a storm or are still going through one.
