We have chosen Guide Dogs for the Blind (South Gloucestershire Branch) as this was the charity Jim always supported. Rather than requesting a fee for his local history talks, he would always suggest a donation to Guide Dogs for the Blind instead.  Over the years many people enjoyed his talks and the charity really appreciated his continued support. 

It gave Jim great pleasure to support the Guide Dogs and it therefore seems fitting that this is the charity that we have chosen for people to remember him by.
