We are taking on St Cuthbert's Hospice Rainbow Ramble to celebrate the life of my lovely Dad/wonderful Grandad. We hope to help the hospice raise funds to enable them to keep providing their care to those who need it in County Durham.

Could you help us raise a little sponsorship, so the wonderful nurses can continue to support patients and families? £20 could help St Cuthbert's Hospice to provide an hour of nursing care. £40 could allow a nurse to plan individualised care for a guest in their Living Well Centre. £50 could help their Dementia Specialist Nurse to assess the needs and support someone living with dementia and their family.
