For the last year, I have been working with Devon Air Ambulance as part of the Critical Care team.  The charity provide 2 helicopters, advanced equipment, medication, specialist paramedics and doctors who can reach any part of Devon within 10 mins, 7 days a week.  We respond to approximately 1,500 incidents every year delivering life saving treatments normally only available in hospital.

, I’ve entered the Exe Valley Triathlon - a sprint triathlon involving a swim race of 400m (16 lengths) in a pool, 25km road cycling race and a 5km running race; this will be serious challenge but by sponsoring me, you will not only raise much needed money for  the service we provide, but also drive my fitness to an even higher level, ensuring i can continue to deliver the care my patients need to the best of my ability.

My target is £1000 - enough to cover the cost of just one patients care…
