This January, the RED community will be challenging themselves to get active every day. Whether running, swimming, cycling or choosing their favourite fitness activity, REDers will be going the extra mile to support themselves and others.
Once again, we are proud to be partnering with RED January and National Mind on this wonderful initiative. At Manchester Mind, we have always worked hard to recognise the link between physical and mental health. As this year is our 30th anniversary, we'd love to make this our most successful RED January yet and help as many people as possible to start their 2020 in the most positive way possible!
