I am taking part in the 10 mile Midnight Walk for Sue Ryder Care on Saturday 17th May (hopefully the weather will be OK by then).

Sue Ryder Care offer support and care for people (and their families) living with Cancer, Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington's Disease, Stroke and Dementia. They offer rehabilitation, respite,  home and long-term residential care in the UK.  It is estimated that over half a million people in the UK will be diagnosed with one of these illnesses in the next twelve months.
