On the 16th July, I’ll be taking part with many other people at mindset gym in our first Spodathon. 

This event will be 12 hours of WOD and spin being run at the same time, we already have so many people signed up doing either wod, spin or even a bit of both ☺️

What’s this in aid of -
As many are aware, a few weeks ago I lost a very dear friend of my, Iqbal (Bal) Domun. Bal was larger than life, for people who have met him, he was know as a legend but did those who really got to know Bal, he was known as our hero!

Bal spent his whole life in with the condition of EB!

DEBRA is the national charity supporting those directly affected by, and working with, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a potentially fatal skin condition that causes constant pain due to unstoppable internal and external blistering. DEBRA provides lifelong care and support to the entire EB community.Together we #FightEB and together we will beat EB.
