Story
This year we'll be taking on the challenge to kayak 75KM down the Thames in aid of the All Hands Volunteers disaster response and recovery projects in Peru and Nepal, to assist those devastated by natural disasters.
Over Christmas & New Year, Joe spent 2 weeks working on a project in Nepal and was able to see first hand the amazing work that All Hands Volunteer do, as well as how even the smallest donation can go...
- £2 pays for 10 bricks. And we will use about 15,000 of them for a school.
- £8 buys 1 sheet of plywood OR 1 bag of cement and we never have enough.
- £10 pays for 1 squat toilet
- £35 provides 1 day of community training for 'build back safer'
- £100 supports a team to clear debris from 1 home site
- £175 provides a tool package for a mason/carpenter to rebuild a school
A lot or a little goes a long way.
Thank you,
Will & Joe
