My wonderful Dad has been diagnosed with Huntington's and, as of yesterday, I have found that I am positive as well. This is obviously big news and will affect my life going forward.

Back in the 80's, my Dad would run the Winchester marathon (as it was back then) and it was through jogging with my Dad that I formed a love of long-distance running. He accompanied me on his bike through all my other fundraising efforts and so I want to run this half marathon for him. 

The Huntington's Disease Association supports anyone who is affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales. We pursue the best possible care; provide training & advice to families and professionals; raise awareness, and promote research towards better treatment and care.
