I am doing the Trekfest this september in the peak district, raising money for an amazing charity called "Notts County football in the community". 50k in one day!!!

"Notts county football in the community" is a charity focused on health, education, social inclusion and sports participation. They have helped many people live a healthier lifestyle,  education and integrating into the community, especially in disadvantaged areas. Some examples of their programs are:

- Refugee Football - helping refugees get integrated by reducing isolation and improving their health and wellbeing

- CARE - Cancer and rehabilitation exercise. By using physical activity helping patients in their treatment and recovery from cancer in a friendly and social environment

- On the ball - by using football they help men discuss their problems dealing with mental health issues in a safe and welcoming environment.

They also focus a lot of their work on children with mental health issues, children outside of the regular school system and getting kids involved in sports. 

This is a charity we need to take care of and they need all the help they can get!
