On August 21, I will be outing myself as a MAMIL (middle aged man in lycra) and cycling 100 miles through the Cotswolds countryside as part of the Bike Blenheim 2011 challenge. The route involves many hills and the British "summer" weather is likely to ensure plenty of showers.... all in all it will be a very arduous undertaking.
