Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page. 'What a kiss will do’ is a ‘lockdown’ song that was written by Chris Stock. Chris recorded the guitar parts at home in Ipswich, during the first half of February 2021, in collaboration with two other East Anglian musicians, John Bobin on bass in Rayleigh (near Southend) and Andy Barber on keyboards, in another part of Ipswich. Andy wrote the lovely arrangement for strings, flute and accordion. We have played in bands together for many years but now, like lots of other musicians, we have been isolated and frustrated by Covid-19. Chris and his friends in this musical project are hoping to raise money for East Anglia's Childrens' Hospices (EACH) which we note has lost a lot of funding due to the pandemic. (Fundraisers have largely been cancelled in this troubling period.) If you like What a kiss will do, Chris hopes you will donate money to support EACH. Here is a link to his beautiful melody: (Copyright Chris Stock 2021)
