Hi Everyone,

It's my third year running the Great Manchester 10K run for the Lesbian and Gay Foundation. They are a charity very close to my heart and they help so many people at a time when more and more need help.

There are lot of good causes out there but some do not get the help they deserve, please help this great charity reach out to many more people.

Plus I'm running with a nun!
