Many of you know that I've taken up cycling to and from work, the 12 mile round trip leaves me knackered on a daily basis. But for some ridiculous reason, on the 5th October, I'm going to Cycle from London to Bath (that's 113 miles) in order to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. 

I've never really done "my bit" for charity, mainly through pure lazyness, the constant desire to party and just being massively unfit. But I'm in a lucky position where I can put my body to the test, there are many, many people who cannot.
