Clearly to do anything in the great outdoors at this time of year is daft but to have the chance to raise money once again for Pharmacist Support again makes it worth it for me. 

I will be running 5K everyday in January. This year if any individual or organisation donates £100 or more in a single donation on that day I will run 10K.

Pharmacist support is the charity that provides the very important function of helping pharmacists when they are in need. They make sure that pharmacists are cared for so that in turn those pharmacists can care for patients.

Completing this challenge is a nod to all those pharmacists who have been in this type of difficult position at one time or another.

This year I'm really proud to be generously supported by the staff and students at the Robert Gordon University school of pharmacy and life sciences. We hope together we can raise loads of money to support those pharmacists struggling, especially at this time of year.
