Joshua's story
Mental Health may be topical, but it's a very real problem. I've watched Anxiety debilitate loved ones, seen others close to burn out and even lost friends too early.
The impact of COVID on our young people will not fully crystallise for some time, but I know it's knocked my little man's confidence. He has suffered with anxiety from a very young age, which has manifested itself in a number of ways; sleep deprivation and behaviour to name a few. As a lucky uncle I've seen it in the family's other little ones too, notably the minefield of missing key social phases.
The basis of JoinJosh_(WtoC143) is for you, with family or friends to take time out too to listen and talk, walk a mile, or a few, in his shoes and post it back to us. #143HakunaMatata, then relax in the knowledge you've raised the profile of something great.
As we cross the country please "air fist bump" in photos, videos and even in person.
We'll miss his little bro and his gorgeous Mama, but I'm ready to rip up trees for him and he's ready for a walk with his Daddy.
