This is Josh, Josh is seven years old and is walking from Winchester to Canterbury with his daddy to raise awareness of mental health in young people. The chosen charities do wonderful work offering support to children, parents and schools

The last few years have had far reaching consequences, with Josh being one of those who have struggled. So he's going for a walk in the countryside, meeting new people and having adventures, talking, laughing and loving lots.
