I am doing it again...the London to Brighton bike ride on 19th June (again on fathers’ day!...this time starting at the ungodly hour of 06:30am!

I think what makes it more of a challenge is having done it once I now know exactly how horrible ditchling beacon is at the end of the ride…I did not know Brighton had its own mountain range until last year!

Heyho it is all for a good cause British Heart Foundation.  At least this year I have had the bike serviced before the race…so hoping I do not have the same mechanical challenges I need to fix before the off!

I am raising money for The British Heart Foundation, so any contributions to the cause would be greatly appreciated!
