Cheers for taking the time out to come here. Means you've at least thought about giving me a few quid. I've been bullied into completing the London Triathlon in July of next year by my good mate Tom and as extra motivation for training and on the day (as this stuff doesn't come naturally!) I decided I would, once again, do it in aid of Macmillan with Tom. 

I'm sure you're all aware of Macmillan and what they do, so I won't bore you with that, but I've seen 1st hand the difference they make, giving support to those people who are trying to fight Cancer and also respite for their families. 

If you can spare even a quid, it will go a long way to helping me reach my (hefty!) target of £2000. 

Plus, as an added bonus you'll probably end up seeing photos of me in what is basically a gimp suit.
