I'm running the British 10K to raise money for not only the people that suffer from MS, but the families that help to support them. 

If you know me well, you'll know I hardly speak about issues of meaning, but MS is now something that I must be aware of and hold closely to my heart to protect those around me. It's a great cause and anything you can offer will help.
