Bracelets for hope and solidarity for the Ukraine

Alexander Hollingdale is raising money for Disasters Emergency Committee

Joyful bracelets for hope and solidarity · 10 March 2022

More than 10 million people have fled their homes to escape conflict in Ukraine. Leaving behind jobs, belongings and loved ones, they need shelter, food and water. Donate now.

Story

On March 10th a group of children from our village held a sale of ‘brilliant bakes and joyful jewellery’ to support those affected by the situation in the Ukraine.

In just one hour these children raised £634 from their incredible efforts.

The bracelets were such a roaring success that we decided to take the orders online. Since then, the children have been beavering away around homework, clubs and birthday parties and have taken the total raised to over £2000!

To order, please just make a suggested donation of £5 below and let us know whether you would like an adult or child size.

We are still hugely appreciative of any donations to support this fantastic initiative.

Thank you so much for all the support x
