I've decided to set myself a challenge in my 65th year, so I'm trying to run 5k to raise money for a charity very close to my heart.

Children and young people with life limiting illnesses and their families are supported at Martin House. We hope that we will never need their support but PLEASE give as much as you can to support those who do.
