I am doing the walking challenge to support Suffolk Mind's plan to open a well-being centre at St Mary's at the Quay. The church is a beautiful building which needs a new life.  It is the perfect place for people to come to lift their spirits, explore the local history, find a new interest or revive an old skill. It has been an important part of Ipswich's past for more than 500 years, and could again be a place of companionship, succour and solace.
