It isn't right that so many children are living in poverty in this country. Goodwin Procter is raising money throughout 2021 for CPAG, so we can do our bit to prevent and end child poverty - for good. 4.2 million children in the UK (more than 1 in 4) are growing up in poverty. This is not right. CPAG works on behalf of these children and families, researching what causes poverty and the impact it has on children's lives to campaign for policies that will prevent and solve poverty. They provide advice, training and information to make sure hard-up families get the financial support they need, and carry out high profile legal work to protect families' rights. CPAG is now working hard to support families facing financial hardship during the pandemic - to prevent or minimise more children ending up in poverty.
