Restart Rugby Alpine Challenge · 10 September 2017 to 14 September 2017 ·

The Restart Rugby Alpine Challenge aims to raise over £30,000 to support professional rugby players suffering from serious injury, illness or hardship.

Story

We made it! Three countries, three mountains in three days! Switzerland - 2,350m, France - 2,400m, Italy - 2,720m.

Rugby has been an important part of our lives for decades so we joined an intrepid group of friends from the world of rugby to support the Restart Alpine Challenge. We covered more than 60km, hiking through Italy, Switzerland and France.

Restart Rugby is the official charity of the Rugby Players’ Association. They provide financial, practical and emotional support to professional rugby players who have been forced to retire through suffering serious illness or injury.

We have never done anything like this before, although we are undertaking the challenge to give something back to a sport that has given us so much pleasure over the years. Please join us in offering your support by donating whatever you can to this great charity for rugby players whose dreams didn’t work out the way they planned.

Thanks for your support,

Love

Keith and Julia
