Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The company that I work for, First Class Supply, have supported the Newcastle United Foundation for a few years now and it's my turn to contribute. 

I can't quite believe this myself! I have a long road ahead of me but I will do this. Anyone that knows me of late knows how much I love food and enjoy sleep so this is going to be tough. I will post regular videos from my training and keep you all up to date with how it's going and every agony and hilarious moment that will be ahead of me. 

 I will be setting up a Facebook page for those that make donations to join. Each evening possible there will be a chance to tell me what excercise you want to see me do with the aim of increasing my strength and endurance in addition to the running. I will upload videos of me doing these for a laugh. I promise the comedy will be endless.
