My Grandad sadly died in January from bladder cancer. My Nan was amazing and looked after him at home until a few days before he passed away but his final days were spent in the Hospice where both he and Nan were looked after so that they could stay together until the end. I would like to raise money for the Hospice so that they can continue to provide other families with the same amazing care and support that they showed my family.
