A year ago today my dad lost his life in a road traffic accident on the A689. The Great North Air Ambulance team picked him up and attempted to save him and therefore will forever hold a place in mine and my family’s hearts. 

I am looking to raise money for the charity as they rely solely on donations to keep their amazing service running, saving countless lives every year. 

My event will span one year and will be the difficult task of avoiding alcohol - which, if anybody knows me will appreciate the challenge/sacrifice that this will entail!
