To all my wonderful friends and family! 

The time has come to say goodbye to Alopecia! The hair is coming off tonight and I would like to thank each and everyone of you because you have given me so much strength with your love and support! I couldn't do this without you! YOU have given me hope, love and a huge amount of determination!

As many of you know, I started to lose my hair in June 2016 and have now got very little left. As a girl, my hair was my crowning glory! Losing it has made me feeling like I have lost my identity and any self confidence I may have had before. However, it has made me stronger and more aware of who I am as a person. I am so lucky to have the most wonderful family and friends who have supported me whole heartedly through this traumatic time in my life! I get stronger and stronger every day because of them!

However, there are so many people out there who do not have the support I do. They are shying away from the world, slowly losing self confidence and getting into a deeper and deeper hole, which as we all know, can be very difficult to get out of. Speaking out is one of the hardest but most rewarding/ healing things you can ever do. I want to help others out there that are suffering find their voice! Please help me do this!

TONIGHT I am shaving my head in aid of Alopecia UK. It is time we raise awareness and get people talking about this disease! Your donations are hugely appreciated!!
