Sudden is a service run by the road safety charity Brake, who support people bereaved by road crashes. The Sudden service was launched in July 2020 after being awarded vital pandemic funding from the Government and the National Lottery Community Fund

Story

Our vision is that people bereaved suddenly get help at a time of darkness to move to a brighter day. We help when someone has died suddenly, or too soon in their life, because of a sudden medical reason (including COVID-19), a terminal illness injuries, caused by something that happened or suicide.
