The Story 

After experiencing PC 1st hand thought it was time I "Manned up" and did something to help others.

My BIG sis ran a Half Marathon for PC this year, very very proud moment, but I can't run, so I thought what am I good at ? easy... growing facial hair.

I know 1st hand you only get through this stuff with the massive support, love and encouragement from your family and friends, a great surgeon (Thank you Greg Shaw) and of course the brilliant support staff who we rely on so much when this shit happens.

Our Fathers, partners, brothers, sons and mates face a health crisis that just isn't being talked about enough. We can't afford to stay silent.

Movember is a leading charity trying to change the face of men's health.

They are addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health and suicide prevention.

By 2030 and with your help the aim is to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.

This is why me and my Mo bro's (and Mo sista's of course if they want to?) are taking action.
