Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Friday, 6 November 2015 is a date I'll never forget. It was the day that Gaz & Gemma Carter's lives changed forever because Gaz was the subject of an attack in London that left him fighting for his life. There were times over the coming weeks that we thought we were going to lose him, but in true stubborn Gaz style, he fought back and is now thankfully at home with Gemma making a slow but sure recovery.

That Friday was also a turning point for me as I ran my first ever 10k. There was one thing that really kept me going that evening and that was the thought of the fight that Gaz was going through.

House adaptations and extensive physio don't come cheap so I am running the Hull 10k to raise much needed funds to help Gaz in his recovery. Please give what you can, every penny will help greatly and I know will be very much appreciated by both Gaz & Gemma.

Thank you xx
