Myself and a few friends decided it would be fun to do a10k run with fun obstacles and lots of mud along the way! Of course we have all been training extremely hard!! *cough cough*

Very short notice as usual to set this up but I have chosen Cp Sport as my charity as my daughter Bethan has been fortunate enough to attend a couple of sports days they have arranged. It enabled Beth to interact with children facing the same challenges as her and made her realise she is not 'different' from the other kids but in fact there are lots of children and adults just like her achieving great things! Bethan also loves sport and is a keen swimmer.
