I am taking part in Informa's Walk the World event, with my colleagues at Taylor & Francis in Milton Park.

I had surgery on my spine at the beginning of May, but I am well on the road to recovery so am committing to walk 5k. Yes, it probably is a bit crazy, but I'm going to give it a go....
