I am putting on my dancing shoes and taking to the floor to compete in this year's Strictly Ballroom in aid of Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

Anyone who knows me knows I love to dance (especially after a few Malibu's!) so I jumped at the chance to learn a few new moves for a great cause. Attending weekly rehearsals with my patient partner John has been a lot of fun and the team at Billy Martin's have been supportive and encouraging.

I'm looking forward to performing my Latin routine on the night with my family and friends cheering me on. Hopefully the judges will be impressed and I'll wipe the floor with the competition!!
