In November last year Kate's 8 month old nephew died in Great Ormond Street Hospital after a very brave fight.  As mums with children of our own his fight and the love and devotion shown to him by his partents (Liz and Lee) touched us all.  Rather than just donate we decided it was time to do something postive and so here we are trying to run the London 10K. 

None of us have ever run before and so it is a major challenge........from training in relays so that one person can cover childcare, to buying ridiculous pieces of kit and generally being seen in lycra (not pretty!).
