Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This all started because I wanted to get fit.  And stay fit.  But now I've decided to do something more challenging and make it mean something.  I've suffered with Crohn's for over 20 years, first diagnosed at the age of twenty so for me helping an organisation that seeks to improve the lives of those living with Crohn's and Colitis is my way of giving back.

To read more about what I'm doing and a more in-depth story about my Crohn's, head on over to my blog.  You'll also find all my detailed race diaries here throughout the year.
