Trailwalker UK 2017
Campaign by Oxfam GB (RCN 202918)
This year more than 400 teams will trek 100km across the South Downs in under 30 hours raising money for Oxfam and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.

Story

Our mission, which we have accepted....

We are training to walk a 100km route in under 30 hours along the South Downs on 29 July 2017.

Exercise TRAILWALKER started out as a military training exercise in Hong Kong in 1981.

We will walk further than 2 marathons without a break

We will walk through the night

We will climb the height of Ben Nevis and Snowdon combined

How will our fundraising be spent?

- Oxfam and The Gurkha Welfare Trust will use the money to help the most in need around the world

- £14 can provide shelter in a crisis

- £20 will build a composting toilet in a community, helping to prevent the spread of disease

- £1 can provide safe drinking water to 10 people

How can you help?

Show us the money honey! :)

This was the last thing on our mind but it would be a tragedy if you don't sponsor us. Our bruises will be a deeper shade of blue, our blisters better best forgotten. We will stomp our way to the finish line, so donate now in 5, 6, 7, 8

Thanks and all the love xxx
