Cancer has been a massive part of my life, several family members and friends have suffered this disgusting disease, and not all have had a happy ending. When I was 3 years old, I myself had a Wilms Tumour. After removing my kidney, and chemotherapy I have been all clear of Cancer for over 23 years now....that wouldn't of happened without the vital work that people like Cancer Research do.

My Mum Hazel has also been battling numerous forms of Cancer for longer than I care to think about. In total she has now had breast cancer twice, lung cancer, kidney cancer and numerous tumours in her bladder. I think you will agree this just beyond a joke now! **As of today (8th May) she has had some results back and been given the all clear!**

She wouldnt be here either if it wasn't for Cancer Research.

Now I am not a runner....or generally a person that walks quickly either, so this will be a massive challenge for me personally! Id much rather eat some chocolate and watch others run....but I want to do something to make her proud, and that will help others in the future.
