4 years ago, one of my greatest and most respected role models took his own life. There are many reasons why my Uncle could have taken his own life, however with no signs of depression or intention of suicide, he clearly saw no way out than to end his life. I still firmly believe that if we lived in a different environment with different values and a different culture, my Uncle could still be alive and well today. But unfortunately, suicide is still the biggest killer of men under the age of 45. 

My aim is to help people recognise the signs of depression and prevent the loss of others through raising money for a cause so close to my heart. If you have any extra dollar it would be greatly appreciated!
