Story
I decided to challenge myself by taking part in RED January - an initiative set up by Mind to raise awareness of how exercise benefits our mental health. January in particular is a weird month for many of us, so (despite not being a runner, and much preferring things like tennis as sport of choice) I thought it would be beneficial for me, and be great to raise some pennies for Mind as well. I've managed just over 2 miles each day so far, which is more than I've run in the last 3 years combined :) Also I started it a day late so I'll do a run on Feb 1st to make up!
