The R.E.D community in York will be running, walking, cycling or yoga-ing for a challenging 31 consecutive days, all at varying distances and all for one key goal; to help give everyone experiencing a mental health problem the support and respect they deserve.
All money raised will be used directly by York Mind to continue and expand our essential support for people experiencing mental ill-health in the York area.
Together, we can help turn January and beyond, from blue to R.E.D.
