On Sunday 27th March 2022, I will be running the iconic Cardiff Half Marathon. The aim is to raise enough money to pay for a days worth of services within the Hospice, helping Hospice of the Valleys dedicated Nursing, Therapies and Family Support Teams to continue to provide the exceptional care and support to patients and their loved ones who need it most in our community. The Hospice of the Valleys supported over 758 patients last year at a cost of over £1.8 million. They are faced with an ever increasing demand on their services and need our support to help them to continue to provide free of charge this exceptionally good work.
