One part of my role at Rio Salado College that I will never grow tired of is conducting our New Employee Orientation. A representative from different areas of the college attends to welcome our new employees and share the great work they do for our students, and it is in their presentations that I can see how truly proud they feel to serve our students. The passion, resiliency, and true sense of empathy our employees bring to their roles at the college is inspiring, and no matter what challenges the community may face, they will always make sure to put our students’ needs first. My gift is another way of ensuring our students are able to continue their education, and I hope you’ll join me in supporting them.
